I think AZ or TX should indict Holder for accessory to murder. 1) it is a state crime so no Fed pardon can cover it. 2) there is no statute of limitations on murder.
Even if he finally gets out of it after years and years, at least he'll be totally broke from lawyer fees. But there ought to be jail time for all this.
