Finished My First Grendel Build Today! - Bullschmidt - 08-08-2017 Finished putting together my rifle today! This is my first Grendel build, as well as my first AR build that I've done. I plan on using it for a lot of target shooting, and for some Whitetail hunting. Upper may get changed eventually, depending on the performance out of the BCA upper. Let us know how she shoots. I am curious about the BCA barrels as well. Is your profile a straight bull from the receiver to gas block, with a step down after that? Not many great budget options for Grendel barrels yet. I have no doubt it is coming as long as the cheap Wolf ammo keeps coming.
