Not only that but if one looks into this UN treaty they find that although it passed in the UN, it wasn't ratified by the members of the UN. Plus, legal precedent in the US makes it impossible for this or any other UN mandate to circumvent or otherwise go against our Constitution. This includes all of the bill of rights. Finally, this treaty was not ratified by our Senate.
