One option that I have seldom seen mentioned is Wilson Arms barrels, With handloads Ive printed .3 moa groups and seldom see anything larger that 1 moa. The gun is a budget build on an 80 lower with a rise armament trigger and a Good primary arms scope. $320 with matched bolt. NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH WILSON COMBAT. Not that I have anything bad to say about wilson combat, but they are not associated.
