Unlike perhaps other countries/regimes, we in US do not get to question or arrest innocent people for so-called thought crimes.
Aside from the fact that you have no knowledge of what he might or might not have said prior to going to help defend legitimate businesses, as stated before he was innocent prior to the event and retained innocence through and after.
True at least in our country, see the jury verdicts.

O yeah, almost forgot to ask, Klem, I recall in a prior thread you said you get to carry around an ( your term not mine) assault weapon, so, youre tempted to use it inappropriately, right? Maybe your superiors should have your weapon and training status reevaluated...
But even if that were true, dont project onto others a temptation you suffer.

Man, I got to say this 2A Thread can keep a guy busy.
Guess enough has been said about the very unique situation where a guy actually used a forward assist to save his life.
It is the only instance I know of where someone had to use the forward assist, and it worked, and because of it he saved his own life.
Also, my supply of HEAT rounds is limited, and I do not want to expend one here.
