Hay StanC, I heard it rained in the south of France. I am told that in some places on the boardwalk the wet stuff was ankle deep.

One thing you don't want to do is become the target of law enforcement trying.to get control of the situation.
For me first would be cover and concealment. A defensive position. Then targets of.opportunity. Defend as many people as I can. Watch for the.appearance of law enforcement and avoid any action that might make them target me!
