okay so i started a spread sheet to keep track of who wants how many...i need sizes for everyone but Deer Hunter.... I really am sincerely grateful any of you would be willing to pay more for the shirts to help out...that means a lot coming from people I have never even seen before...just goes to show that this forum really is a special one...I think what i will do is leave it open to those who wish to Donate Extra feel more than welcome to and I will deposit all those proceeds into Wyatt's Benefit account which is strictly for medical bills at this point. Once those bills are paid any remainder will be Donated back to those organizations such as St Louis Children's Hospital (specifically the Child Life division on the Hematology/Oncology floor) And again pass this along because the more shirts that are sold the cheaper they become at certain points....I would also appreciate thoughts and pointers from yall on how to handle payment and shipping...I have a paypal I think that'd be easiest for us.

Do paypal with the "gift" option so as to avoid the paypal fee. We did a fundraiser with T-shirts to help fund an upcoming baby adoption. This method works fine.
The only issue is that when somebody sends a "gift" through paypal you don't automatically get their mailing address, so each person can send you their mailing address when they pay.
That's the way I would do it. Since you are creating a spreadsheet to track this method should work fine for you to track payments and addresses.

Okay. My wife is still messing around designing this. But pricing should go as follows.
Small through XL is $10
2XL & 3XL are $13
Shipping anywhere in cont us is $5.70 flat rate I think I'll be able to ship three for sure maybe even four at a time I. Those flat rate bags.

Okay guys. Back in the hospital. Been a bad day. Almost lost Wyatt twice in one simple procedure. Sonething to do with the anesthesia they say. Staying over night for observation. Right now. Everything's back to normal. This little kid is tough. So I think she's kinda close but with that long fin weekend we hand and now this. I'd say maybe end of week to see a final design. She's also working on raffle tickets. Here local were putting on a gun raffle to Donate money back to the children's hospital and such

Hate to hear about the complications. Anesthesia is scary and a mistake in calculations can be deadly. Super glad to hear all things are ok now.

Yeah. With his treatment plan he has at Least twenty lumbars with chemo. Amongst many other things. But that means going under that many times. It's scary as hell. And he seems to have a more adverse reaction each time. Soooo this week they are putting him through a clinic to find out what anesthesia he can tolerate but I'm here lying next to him in hospital bed now and he's back to normal it seems. Yapping up a storm and hamming up with the nurses

I'm sure I speak for the entire group, when I say that our prayers are with Wyatt, and for wisdom on the part of his doctors and nurses. You take care of him and be strong for his mom. The shirts are unimportant.

I absolutely agree with David. Don't fret about the shirts.
Take care of Wyatt and the wife. My prayers are with Wyatt and pray that doctors will determine the proper course to take concerning the anethesia. One thing to maybe ask about is allergic reactions to morphine or other pain relievers. My mom actually died due to a severe morphine reaction after a routine foot surgery. Fortunately they got her back. It's just a question to ask, but I'm sure they have thought about this already. But you can't be too careful.
Continued prayers for Wyatt.

Actually he does have a small reaction to oxycodon we have to give it with bynadryl and my wife had a severe reaction to Percocet also.

That is more common than some might believe. I just had surgery yesterday, and for the last 4 years, I have had to ask for Benadryl with the anesthesia each time. Fortunately, my issue is only sensitivity to any of the opiate based pain killers, which leave me with a debilitating headache. I have learned to deal with using tylenol and ibuprofen as the only help I get.
Either way, now is the time to start taking notes, and always get in the anesthetists face every time. Take no chances.

Okay y'all. Sorry for the delay. Been a big few last weeks. Amanda going back to work and my work is going nuts and blah blah blah. So I wanna let all know that I think by weeks end ill have the design posted and need a few more folks to step up. I'm shy of getting to 34 shirts whih is a decent price break to get a decent price.
