Was released
last Friday & am home recuperating. Very small improvements daily. Today is first day I feel a lil like me. Chest pain much redesed over nite. Its a long road. But I am seeing improvements and thats refreshing!

Great news. Keep on keeping on. It will take a bit but get moving hen you feel like it even if just short walks to start with. 2 weeks to the day following my bypass I walked 2 1/4 miles slowly but still walked it on one walk, took about 2 hours but my Doc said when you feel like it get up and get moving.
