Sorry to hear that, RIP Rabiddawg.
I kicked over some rocks and man, IMO, theres a lot more to this story than just a boating accident!
One of his hobbies apparently was water skiing. I.e. hed done it a lot. The news report was, he fell off his ski(s), and when trying to climb back in the boat at the stern and was struck by the propellor. Well, 1) why was the boat still in gear and prop turning when he was anywhere near it? 2) An experienced water skier wouldnt get anywhere near a turning propellor. Doesnt add up! Afterwards, they apparently got him back in the boat, called 911 and raced to shore, where he bled to death waiting for first aid. Wow!
Sounds like he got run over, probably accidentally. Maybe alcohol related? And then no one knew enough to apply a tourniquet? Really? On a ski boat, where theres rope everywhere? IMO this doesnt pass the smell test!

With all due respect, Harpoon, putting the word accident in quotes makes it seem like you're implying the death was intentional. Are you implying intentional homicide? Quite a leap just from reading a news story which are rarely accurate.

Very sorry to hear this.
I really enjoyed Rabiddawgs posts and sure would have enjoyed having a beer with him around a nice fire somewhere incredible after sunset. Well, shoot - he got there before me, but I still expect this.
