If youre mating to a high-end barrel and dont want to skimp on the frame, the minimum I would recommend would be a precision-machined and matched forged 7075T6 set.
For those, Ive had/experienced/seen excellent results with:

Samurai Firearms
2A Armament Palouse (very lightweight option)
Next would be reputable companies with billet sets made from 7075T6:

2A Armament Balios Lite
It really depends on what type of build youre going for.
There are different receiver sets that are great for building a heavy bench gun, and others that are ideal for making a super light handy rifle for the field, home defense, truck gun, etc.
I like the Seekins, Precision Firearms, and JP Billet sets for heavy guns, and the 2A Armament Balios Lite or Palouse for super lights.
I like the handguard rigidity and attachment on the LaRue Stealth 2.0, and the ADM UIC lower receiver with ambition bolt hold-open plus generous funnel mag well.
There are companies I didnt mention just because I have limited or no experience with them, so dont take this list as comprehensive. Im sure there are several Im overlooking that Ive used or built that escape me at the moment.
The last 2A Balios Lite build took me hours to get the barrel in, so saying it was a press-fit would be an understatement.
One thing I like about the higher-end receiver sets, including the precision-fit matched sets, is that they make the firearm feel like one solid piece. It exudes a sense of confidence in the gun when there isnt any slop to speak of.
