Got my scope today and got the new build all set! I'm using this upper as my interchangeable barreled rifle. I have a 6.5G bolt and a 6.8 SPC bolt with ASC mags and 6.5/6.8 followers, so I figure I can run this setup as a 6.5G, 6ARC, 6.8, and 224V depending on what ammo I have available. Best I can do with the ammo squeeze! Will pick up a 20" monster 6ARC for my next barrel.

What is the end plate on buffer tube? It looks bent back. That is the first time I have seen one like that, unless you bubba'd it up.
It also looks like it might rub the back/top of your hand.

Its just a plate that you can mount a single point sling on. I'll have to look where I got it, it was honestly probably an ebay find.
I got out to the range today and man this barrel has some potential. I shot one and adjusted the scope, and shots 2-6 were exactly at a half MOA with Hornady 123 ELD-M's! Pumped! The groups started opening up left to right so I think I may have a loose scope mount or something that I will dig in to further but overall very happy!
