For those looking, Howa Mini 65G mags are back in stock at many places. I ordered from Bud's for $39 and change. Might be some cheaper, but I was picking up a few other things anyway.

They said they would want to sell about 500,000 magazines to make it worthwhile. I think the odds are very, very low that this will ever happen.

I contacted 5 or 6 companies and Pro Mag was the only one to show interest. Haven't heard from them since.
