Thanks, guys. Don't know why I didn't see that. For whatever reason, the two ballistic components merged as one in my mind. Re-ran the #'s with a 600 yard zero, and got 32" at the midpoint. Makes perfect sense, now.

That would be my guess, too. Interesting that the mag is straight instead of curved, yet gives (presumably) reliable feeding.

Would be interesting to see how much it would cost to get the front sight block + handgaurd + rails + rear sight + magazine. Plus I guess the biggest part is the novelty of owning a Zastava firearm if they ever export to the USA civilian market.

I agree. I think it is great that Serbia is pushing against the grain (of what every other Army is still doing) by going with the 6.5 Grendel as a multipurpose combat cartridge. I hope this opens up the military industry by coming up with more products and that more militaries around the world consider it as well. Seems like a win-win in many cases.
