WTS AA 16" Barrel and bolt - Deja-Vu - 11-02-2011
"Sold" This is the first 6.5 Grendel barrel I got but I didn't shoot it to much before I started to upgrade to better barrels. All I can do is guess and say it has somewhere around 400 rounds down the pipe. The bolt will need a extractor pin.
All sell this for $165 shipped, the only thing is I prefer "PayPal plus 4% or sent as a gift".

What's the thread pitch on the end of the barrel? Also, is that a midlength gas system?

It looks exactly like my AA 16" Grendel barrel, with a 9/16x24 TPI. I would jump on it, but I'm weary about deals with a single digit post count, to be frank.
Deja-vu, do you have an ebay rating or Gunbroker rating?

Deja-vu. I didn't mean to jump on your post. The price is too good to pass up for a barrel/bolt combo, but I already have that exact barrel/bolt, otherwise, I'd be all over it.

LOL should I rise the price :-) I was looking around trying to see what this is going for but I didn't find anything so I looked up the new price at AA it was $260, was that without the bolt?
I'll just leave this here till this weekend if it don't sell all go over to Calguns.net, I got some rating over there under the same name Deja-Vu and my Ebay User ID is "selling-stuff-ca" 100% feedback there.
GUN NUT I was hoping to get some quick money and shipping it with out having to deal with snail mail, if know one buys it by this weekend maybe all change my mind.

That was a steal. This will go down as the most economical build ever if you play your cards right in selecting other components. Badgerlb, let me know if you want any advice on getting very affordable, quality parts for the rest of your build, if you don't have them already.

Im into the upper so far 409...
173 for the barrel/bolt
89 for the assembled upper
15 for the flash hider
25 for the wilson combat gas tube (it was all that was in stock at midway...)
25 for the yhm steel gas block
10 round mag from AA worked out to be 15.99 but shared 9 dollar shipping with the FH..
model 1 FF handguard for 35
20 rounds of wolf mpt at 14ish.. plus the shipping at midway, less the 15 dollar coupon... pretty close to the 375 i sold my remmy for.
i basically traded a remington 700 in 270 win for a grendel upper and got to keep my glass..
Cheapest build indeed... ill be stealing a carrier from one of my 223's.. and borrowing the upper... everything should be built this week..
I've can't thank deja-vu enough for the deal... ive been wanting to get into a grendel for 3-4 years now...

You frugal devil! Ain't it great! Use an H2, ST-T2, or H3 buffer if you have a carbine receiver extension.

I'm gonna slap it on the lower with the f-93 in FDE... ill have to get a heavy buffer later...

I picked up the greatest grendel deal of all time. Complete AA tactical 16 upper (basically new) with carry handle, 6 c-products magazines........for $350

Thats a smokin deal! I had buddies buy complete ar's for 525 with kac rifle length rails and dissapator uppers complete for 250 thiz weekend at the big show in tulsa
