Hello and first post

Finally joined up in the Grendel Division. Decided to get modern and find what these black rifles were all about so I started collecting tools and parts and built up my own. Bought a Aero Precision upper and lower and decided I wanted to shoot something besides zombies and paper so the 6.5 Grendel was picked to be my next deer rifle. Parts came from everywhere with the 18" SS barrel from Brownells and a 15" Houge handguard. So far the rifle has been amazing with the groups and the more I tinker with it the better it gets.

Good to see the Horde growing. To use an AR for deer the Grendel is the obvious caliber. Good choice. Welcome.
