New member here in central Iowa

Hi guys been lurking for a few months and finally signed up! I have always liked the M4/AR type rifles but never owned one. I have a few pistols and rifles of different calibers and after shooting my best friends newly built grendel I finally decided to built an Ar so I choose the grendel.
I started with Daniel Defense lower, installed a geissele ssa trigger with a parts kit from brownells. My upper is made up of a dpms carrier with a grendel bolt conveted to a side charge handle. 20" wilson stainless barrel wrapped with a white oak varmint float tube. I also installed a utg pro series 6 pos stock, spring loaded bi pod and topped it off with a utg accushot 3-12x40 scope.
Some day I'll get to shoot and enjoy it that is if I can find some ammo.

I'm planning on using it as a multipurpose weapon, target, coon, ground hog and deer and some day would like to go for a couple wild hogs.

Welcome to the site. I bought 5 boxes at Academy Sports in Jax, Fl several weeks ago. I also saw where a few other members found ammo at some of their other stores. Don't know if they ship or not. Good luck, hope it's a shooter.

No I haven't and I started looking back when I first started the built, little over 4 months ago. When I ask for it at stores and dealers they say they've never heard of it or try handing me creedmore.
