Hello, I recently became interested in building a rifle on the AR platform. I found this forum shortly after learning of the 6.5 Grendel cartridge. I look forward to reading and gleaning from the threads.
Until now, I've been spending most of my free time converting Ruger 10-22's to .17 HM2 and .17 HMR. It's been a blast doing the conversions. I've learned a bunch and have increased my general knowledge of gunsmith work messing with the conversions. Don't get confused....I don't claim to be a gunsmith. I have gained a great deal of appreciation for the trade in the last few years.
You most likely will not see many posts from me. I tend to search and search to keep form asking a newbie question and getting scolded for not searching for an answer. If I can't seem to find an answer I'll post a question.
