    Hello from Delaware

I'm here to do some research into the 6.5 Grendel.

Still busy digging up reading older posts for now.

I'm a fan of the 6.5x55 Swedish Mauser and the AR15 platform (among others) and I've heard a lot of praise 6.5 Grendel so it started to peak my interest.

I'm just starting to get back into hand loading while work is slow and fishing is not happening here because off the off season.

I really didn't want to get into any new calibers as I'm already tooled up for .308-223-8mm Mauser -6.5 Swedish 7.62x39-7.62x54R and 9mm. But I heard so many good reviews about the Grendel I have to look into it more(and rationalize buying another rifle or upper)

Welcome from your neighboring state of PA. I can tell you the Grendel is quite addictive. It really does make the most of an AR-15.

Welcome to the Horde. I have loaded for 45 different calibers and the Grendel is an easy one to find a great load for IMO. It also works great for target and hunting. I am like many others here once into shooting my first Grendel I had to have another

Welcome aboard. I stopped looking at my components for loading .223 long ago because I see and hear the images and sounds in my head of what both sound like on steel.

I shoot .223 high volume for close range work, but Grendel gets all the attention for traditional rifle work at distances beyond where the .223 runs out of gas, as in where I used to shoot .308 Win.
