New to the 6.5 G so I thought I'd stop by here and try to learn how to shoot it. ��

Long time hunter, army (87-91), wife likes to shoot with me, kids are off doing their own things. Just finished my first 6.5G/AR build. Have been shooting a Tikka T3 Lite in .270 for several years but I do like this 6.5 cartridge so I may be looking for another hunting rifle soon...

Welcome to the addiction from an east TN hillbilly. Don't leave that Grendel in the dark they tend to multiply. You will be able to gain a great deal of knowledge from this group but they don't help you save much money. They always entice you to want more, better or different equipment to feed your addiction. I think you will realty enjoy your Grendel I know I do mine and I just got into them this past February and I already have two. Working up loads for deer hunting next fall. Have fun with yours.
