    1st post (finally)

    Been a forum member for a year and a half but haven't had real reason to post until now... Last week a good friend and I put together my dream Grendel! I still need an optic & camo paint job but here she is... image.jpeg




    Sorry for the hacked up pic... It was like pulling teeth to size that to 1500 x 1500. I'll figure it out and make amends when I post up optic & camo pics.
    Build specs as follows:
    • Spikes tactical billet hell breaker lower
    • Spikes tactical billet upper
    • Mag Pul prs stock
    • JP silent capture spring
    • JP adjustable gas block
    • Giessile two stage enhanced trigger
    • Seekins sp3r key mod rail
    • Brownells 18" stainless barrel & bolt (G2 chamber)
    • APF nickel boron bcg
    • Vltor bcg gunfighter med charging handle
    • Ergo grip
    • CMMG lower parts kit
    • Wilson combat gas tube
    • A2 flash hider for now

    Sweet looking rifle sir. I have that same rail and love it, use to have the prs stock as well but found it just too heavy for my type of hunting, if you find it makes your rifle butt end heavy you can mount the scope and scope mount a lil futher forward to balance it back out.

        Thank you! Yes it is a bit heavy. But the rest of the rifle is pretty light. 26 cal isn't legal to hunt with here in the Hoosier state. Yet. My goal was for a precision shooter. I won't know till I can save the dough for the optic though haha. Anyway glad to be aboard. Hope to have some range reports within a few weeks.
