New Grendel owner in the UK!!

As the title says I'm a new to the grendel and I live in the UK so we don't have semi auto centrefire rifles as civilians

Welcome to the forum, 6.5 Grendel is a great intermediate cartridge out of semi auto, single shot straight pull or bolt action.

I intend to use it for both target and a bit of hunting. Really I want to push it out to 1k yrd and have itg as a 100 to 1k rifle. Im sure its capable of it as long as I do my part

i think i have seen the straight pull things before they got brought up during the last gun ban scare basically an ar15 with no car system and a really big side charging handle

Nope it has to be made from parts that has never been part of a semi/full auto parts. Otherwise you get a free 15y holiday at Her Majesty's leisure.
