    Lrrpf52

Long time forum member and moderator LRRPF52 suffered a small stroke yesterday morning. Although he recovered rapidly, further testing revealed a small cardiac wall defect. This was completely unexpected, as he is in great physical condition and has been cleared repeatedly for different work situations, flight physicals, etc. This type of defect is typically identified easily in a routine cardiac evaluation, but his is apparently completely silent and required special imaging to be revealed. He is feeling well, but will undergo a cardiac procedure to close the defect tomorrow.

He has contributed greatly to the forum over the years, and I know that many members here are indebted to him for assistance on many different projects. He has been a good friend to the forum, the members and any who reach out in need.

For those of you who pray, please include him and his family in your prayers. For the others in our forum, please keep him in your thoughts

My prayers are with 52. I had a small blood vessel pop in my head lifting weights back in 1979. It was the size of a BB. It was scarier than hell but I fully recovered and have had no side effects since. Keep a stiff upper lip 52 you have many friends here who are pulling for you.

All our prayers and best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery, from the Futz household.

Just a positive note for the Horde, I've heard directly from LRRPF52, and while his reply was short, it sounded very encouraging. I know I speak for the majority when I say that we are looking forward to his return.
If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?
