Watch the PSA website, they have a lot of great deal on uppers. They currently have one for $199 without the charging handle or BCG. It might be hard to beat that price with a used upper.

It appears they have a few uppers that have different twists; with charging handle and BCG for 299.

Absolutely, and if you put a Polymer New Frontier complete lower on it for about hundred bucks from JoeBobs. It would make a great knock around stick, especially if the upper is promising "Milspec accuracy".
