I have a Remington 700 SA in .308 crafted by Bob Green. It IS a shooter. It has a Broughton 1:11 twist, "5C", 21" barrel threaded 9/16x24 for thunder trap suppressor. Sako extractor, Jewell trigger (12 oz. I think), H-S Precision stock, 20moa. pic rail by Night force and 30mm med. Night Force rings. Painted desert tan and earth green. I did add some griptape to the forearm and grip for better holding. This rifle holds 1/2-3/4 groups all day My load is Lapua brass, 168 A-Max, 45.0gr. Varget and CCI BR2 primers.
I have taken deer at 830, 835, 841, 841 and witnessed @ 796 and 851 yards. This gun is truly a shooter !! Reason for sale::: I want another ar for work but my boss only if I can move the .308. It has about 450 +/- as best I can figure. Asking $1700.00
