Carefully removed from a new-to-mini that was apparently set up for long range, decided I wanted a 0MOA instead. I would rate in excellent shape but not new. You can see some minor marks inside the screw holes. Externally it looks near new. No screws included as the torx slots were "beyond serviceable limits".
