A new member to the family came home, and per the household rules, some one must move on...In this case 2 (another post to come).
Sandy's Pedigree.
Howa mini 1500 6.5 Grendel Heavy Barrel, threaded barrel (done locally) 5/8-24
HACT Trigger with 1.2 coils cut off main spring, trigger pull 1.5-2#
MDT LSS Chassis in FDE
Luth MBA fixed stock
Badger Ordinance maximized rings
Warne 20 MOA rail
Athlon Helos BTR Mil/Mil 6-24x Illum FFP with covers (Lifetime warranty on the optic - I say better glass than Vortex of which I have 6)
Battle Arms Development Adjustable Grip
Odin Atlas 65 muzzle brake
2 magazines
Plano AW 42" case
I never bedded the rifle in the chassis. Fit was damn near perfect so I left her as is. Better fit than the HCR chassis that LSI sells.
The scope was loaned to my GF while hers was sent in for warranty. Got it sighted back in and here is the target. Top two targets at 100y.
Ammo - Hornady Black 123 ELD
Average MV - 2476fps
Ammo temp - 65*
R-L wind - 8mph +/-
Ambient temp - 70* clear and sunny
Left target was after initial correction. Right target is final - put on 1 more click right before she was put back in bed.
This is not a true testament to the rifle/ammo, but about the best I can do after 2 months of not puling a trigger.

Total rounds through her is around 500. Mix of Hornady Black and American gunner, Moscow Match (she really loved that - .3 MOA Groups) and my AA2230/123 ELD. reloads.
Adoption fee is $1400.00 plus shipping to your FFL.
