Found this yote sniffing around a skunk carcass night before last. I've shot 7 skunks in the last 2 weeks. They were getting too close to the house.
Dropped the yote with the 123 SST(last clocked at 2460fps) at 140 yds. Couldn't find the entrance, but the exit was obvious.
He flopped on the spot, and It took forever to find him in the tall weeds.
I had seen one of our barn cats snooping around the same spot just a few minutes before the yote showed up. Maybe he was stalking the cat instead of the skunk bones. ?
Hogs haven't showed up on my place yet,,,but the feeders are running, so it probably won't be long. Good huntin to yall.
