Grendel proves itself again

Very nice my hunting buddy is in Montana hunting this year he texted me today and said he missed a giant told him he should have taken my 6.5 Grendel lol.

Yesterday I took a drive back up to the area where I shot this one, to show a friend, and less than a mile away saw another big one, I'd say almost as big as the one I shot, following another doe around. He was in the brush and I only saw his antlers for a few seconds but my impression was mass was about the same, at least as wide if not wider but not as tall. Maybe he'll still be there next season but if not, the gene pool up there is pretty good.
