8 Hogs Down, My Best Single Hunter Night In A While...

We had a change in the weather with winds out of the north for a change. Temps were going to drop, but not by very much. So I figured I would go hunt. At least the strong breeze and slightly lower temps would keep me from sweating so much. Turns out, it was an excellent night to see hogs. In all, I spotted sounders on 4 properties, of which I made 3 hunts. I tried on the 4th property, but the hogs were down wind and were clearing the field before I ever had a chance to come through the gate.

Cattle continue to vex me. In all, 12 shots fired, 10 hogs (I think) hit, and 8 recovered.

Kill a hog. Save the planet.

You make it look so easy, which of course it is not.

                Excellent as always.

                      Double Naught Spy,
What do you do with all the meat? If you need a means to "dispose" of some, shoot me an IM.

South Florida does have hogs but i have not found a landowner that is willing to let me hunt them. Most of the land leases the property out to hunt or they just simply don't let people on the property. Around my house is mostly orange groves and they won't let you on the groves. The pasture lands are spoken for.
