    My First Grendel Hunt

Man, hog hunting is easy...everyone should do it.

Of course, some exceptional luck from time to time doesn't hurt either.

Hey, nice video BTW does that aluminum adjustable stock on top fit a six position mil spec buffer tube?

Good video and shooting. Wish they all worked out like those last two.

I don't mind sharing. I had good luck with 27.9 and 28.5gr AA2520 and 123gr Nosler CCs, where both shot sub MOA at my oddball range of 160 yards out of my shop. I just loaded an even 28.0gr behind the 123 SST and went with it. Case is Starline, CCI 450, and 2.255 COL. Obviously zero pressure signs.

It's just a middle of the road load, and I haven't chrono'd it. I kind of ballpark that I should be around 2400 FPS with a 20 inch barrel.

                      Yes...carbine length buffer tube.

It is extremely adjustable...it just takes forever to do it. It doesn't bother me as I only shoot standing off of a tripod. However it would drive one nuts to take the family out to shoot the rifle.

Very nice, using cover sounds to close the distance was a good call.
