    200lb Colorado River Boar

Hunting a stretch of the Colorado River in Texas made for a beautiful evening. I hadn't hunted this property since archery opener and saw a pile of turkey and deer over this 2hr sit. There was a boar frequenting a nearby feeder over the past month.

10 minutes after sundown I spy that boar coming out of north bank of the river to my right. He stopped behind a juniper to do a security check, long enough for me to get setup. When he broke cover trotting he got a 123gr SST in the neck/shoulder @ 46 yards. DRT.

thanks LRRPF52, factory loaded Hornady. I had terminal performance issues with the PF loaded 120 TTSX so I switched back...I may make a post about this after some ballistic testing.
