I returned to the same location I hunted the previous night where a sounder had been scared off by coyotes. http://www.65grendel.com/forum/showt...uined-2nd-Hunt I set up on the other side of the clearing after having scouted the area. I gamed or strategized this hunt out a bit better than the previous night and when the hogs did come out, knew that I would have only a brief shooting window of time before they disappeared back into the heavy brush and that they would likely return in the direction from which they came. So I shot the trailing hog first in hopes that the leading hog would cross back into my field of fire...

Question- What barrel length do you use?
I am currently shooting an 18" ARP barrel. My buddy built the upper for me to test out the Superlative Arms piston system, so I didn't choose the barrel length, although I tend to like longer barrels.Kill a hog. Save the planet.

Yea I love my two JP 18 inch barrels but been thinking of selling one and going up too 22 inch barrel.
Just can't find one in 22 inch with the profile I want with the sammi chamber.

Great to see the suppressor dampening the recoil as a proxy brake. That barrel barely moved. No reacquiring the field of view between shots.
I've watched that one-second sequence for the tracking and lead about five times now. I shake my head at that amazing second shot. Well done Sir.
