"That could very well be what’s being called Dogman," one poster suggested. "They’re spotted each day and the government quells any and all reports. Several people report being strong armed into keeping quiet about their reports by men wearing black suits. These are just facts. Look into if if you don’t believe it."

    LOLOLOL!

We have no Dogman in Montana, our Bigfoots are too teritorial and eat them.

Looks like a Wolf mated with a coyote to me. There are reports of these type of predators in the northeast (Maine) IIRC.

Probably a wolf coyote hybrid. Here in South Carolina coyotes are moving into most of the state, but they are much larger than the coyotes I was used to seeing out west. I saw one early in the morning about five years ago. Our offices were located in a semi remote area next to an abandoned facility. It was about twice the size of any coyote I'd ever seen in California, Arizona, Oregon or Utah. I worked on a Federal site that had ecology lab, they caught and analyzed some these local coyotes. They found eastern grey wolf DNA in their DNA. The lab folks theorize there was interbreeding as the coyotes moved into the North East US states and those animals are moving down the East coast.

It will be interesting to see what the DNA reveals. The over bite, long hair and large ears are a bit odd looking for a coyote-wolf hybrid.

My guess ,that is a wolf ,dog cross.I wonder what colour it's eyes are?Likely yellow.
I saw a family of wolf (male wolf) cross dogs in a guys yard near Smithers BC that a friend took me to see a number of years ago.The pups were large very wolf looking all with yellow eyes. They were very skitish. The bitch was the rancher's dog.He said there was a black wolf in his yard that did not want to leave and figures it bread his dog.I did not trust any of those pups.I think there was 4 or 5 of them and they were around 50 to 60 lbs. They were all tied up.

Turns out, it is just a gray wolf, female, 2-3 years old, with normal variation of phenotypic traits.
HELENA, Mont. (AP) — The mystery is over: Wildlife officials have confirmed that an unusual-looking animal shot in central Montana was a gray wolf.

That's what they want us to believe.
