Well, I got a new scope to test and put it on a different gun from which I have been testing the Federal Speer TNT 90 gr. ammo. This one has a 22" Liberty barrel and the TNT was flying out of it at 2920 fps, which isn't too bad! I spooked the cattle and the cattle basically encroached on the hogs and so the hogs left the field and headed down into the sticks. I had hopes they would circle around to another part of the field (field is "L" shaped) but they just kept going so I took a longer shot than anticipated, but it all worked out.

Nice vid. Seems like an effective round. Talked to local here how hunts with the 125gr TNT 308s and is sold on there performance on deer and bigger critters.
