I bought a dip kit for mine from http://www.ezdipkits.com/ the instructions are simple and easy enough I sugest that you practice on some odd shaped objects before starting on the rifle or you could end up with some voids
Here is another place selling the same kits http://www.camodipkit.com/

I have had a good experience with mine and would do it again the finish seems to be durable and the camo is effective.

If you are seeking a professional service, and it has to be Realtree, you'll find very few options (apparently due to Realtree's licensing requirements).

Tarjac does Realtree, but don't think they do barrels (apparently due to heat).

If it doesn't have to be the official Realtree camo, there are numerous other options. I notice that Camo Solutions gets mentioned a lot.

Have you considered using one of the Duracoat camo products and doing it yourself? It wouldn't be Realtree, but you could probably get pretty close for under $50. I'm considering going that route on mine.
