A stripped upper receiver will need a few parts.

Depending on the type of upper, you might need an ejection port cover assembly, and a forward assist assembly. If it's a billet upper with no ejection port cover, then no big deal. If it's a standard forged upper, you'll want those two assemblies. The ejection port cover consists of the door, the pin, the spring, and a C clip.

Yeah seems like gas blocks and gas tubes never come with a roll pin. You'd think they could spare the few cents just to toss one in there....

Yeah I do believe that the AA upper comes with the port door and forward assist. Thanks guys, especially for telling me about the roll pin, I just figured it would come with the gas block

Well, sometimes they do. My JP Enterprises adjustable gas block came with one. But make sure they do. Heck, order one anyway, it's only $2 or so, and then you'll possibly have a spare.
