What's a good muzzle break for 6.5 Grendel?

Building an AR 15 for the wife. Ordered the "Recon" barrel from Wilson Combat last night. Wife is very small stature and petite.

What's a good muzzle break for her rifle? Weapon to be used as a deer hunting rifle.

Wilson Combat Recon 16 inch barrel has 5/8" x 24 threads.

I like my vg6 lambda. The blasted stainless one is such a breeze to clean, throw it in a tumbler with hot water, chips, and some dawn like you do brass. Never once had it come loose, and I don't use tools to put it on or take it off, all hand tight (the self tightening feature actually works)

Dont put a brake on a 16 inch gun. It will be insanely loud for her.

My advice. Put a liner compensator on it, add adjustable gas and lowmass bcg plus jp scs.

The gun will be light recoiling and smooth running and wont ring the crap out of her ears.

I was planning on some sort of "game ear" for her to wear but yes, I think a muzzle brake would be very loud.

For hunting....not sure if I'm going to run a brake on mine.

For range fun....I may just roll with another Area 419 Hellfire unless someone can direct me to a better choice.

Take a look at the Witt SME. They actually work. Not remotely hearing safe but much better than any other comp/brake that I have used. Not cheap though....

Bravo Co BCM GUNFIGHTER is most pleasant, as it uses a configuration to direct the blast more laterally than back at you.

Gamma .300 BO is the most compact, and works exceptionally well.

All .308 breaks work just fine with 6.5

                            @CJW

Post your review after you have shoot it a few times.

I have to admit it is wild looking, the prongs on the end are the flash hider and the triangle cut are there to spread out the high pressure gas so you don't feel a concussive wallop after each shot.

I also have the M11 severe duty and the M4-72 muzzle brakes.

The M11 will clean off your shooting bench whether you like it on not.

The M4-72 throws such a high volume (but slow moving) of gas back at you it is like someone has waved a beach towel at you, except it is warm and is gunpowder exhaust.
