Kudos to Aero Precision, handquard screws

Sent an email to Aero Precision about couple of screws that almost stripped out (I blue loctited em in). Ask If I could get replacements. They sent me an email asking what torpue setting I used which was 25 inch lbs. Got an email the next day asking for my address. Email today says they shipping them out to me expedited. Can't beat that kind of customer service.

They didn't make you create a "ticket"?

All I did was ask them how to get them. They made the ticket sent an an email. Ask about the torque settings and the next one said they are being shipped expedited
