I've been researching all over online about whether a heavy or light bcg reduces recoil. I see every expert having their own opinion on the matter. So my build is
12" faxon barrel
Tbac ultra 7 suppressor
Superlative arms adjustable gas block
Jpscs h2 "this is what they advise for suppressed sbr"
Now my 2 bcg options
Cryptic coatings light weight bcg at 8.2oz or their regular bcg at 11.55oz.
Which do you think would reduce recoil?
