Extended Length Gas Tube Public Service Announcement

I was searching around for an R+2" gas tube for the 26" Custom McGowen barreled 6mm Grrrrr upper I'm finally getting around to putting together and ended up on White Oak Armament's site and saw that they have an R+3" tube. I actually ended up ordering one since it was $15 and there wasn't any extra shipping cost ($5 shipping for 3 tubes) and a long barreled medium twist 6mm CM upper is on my radar screen......

Figured I'd put out a PSA for anyone looking at long barrels in calibers with potential gas system timing issues.............

Those gas systems lengths are good for small bore volume and higher case capacity cartridges, especially 6mm CM.

For 6 Grendel, are you looking at +2 or just sticking with RLGS?

I did +2 for the 26" 6mm grendel. Should finally have it up and running in 1-2 weeks - just waiting on Superlative to finish up a production run of gas blocks. 0.750" clamp ons have been nonexistent for a few months.
