Got a guy that's wants to change his .204 ruger m77 to grendel, who could do the work fir a fair price ?

That won't be cheap I don't think as the bolt face will have to be opened up. Definately not worth it IMO. -
Machine Work equals more $$$ then you have the extra work to get it to feed. Have him by a new action savage or rem 700, sell the 204. That would be the cheapest if he can't wait till next year for the Howa mini action in the Grendel.
