Remodeled Grendel

I have just completed a remodel of my Grendel. I changed out the DD quad rail for a midwest SS handguard to reduce some weight for hunting and gave it a duracoat job.

A2 Stock

JP Adjustable gas block
Olympic Arms Lower
I will be headed to the range to try out some handloads and will post a range report when finished.

Thanks. I took my time and stripped it all the way down. Prep is everything with duracoat.

Look great. love the handguard
What is the final weight?

Optic is a sightmark. It's cheap but is accurate and tracks true. An upgrade to a vortex is looking around christmas. Total weight with bipod, optic, and five rounds is 11.2 pounds.

What kind of carrier?

It's a m16 full auto carrier from runner runner guns. I have about 300 rounds through this gun with a different handguard. Best group with 120 mk was .463. It's been under an inch with most loads at 100 yards.
