I own a paint and body shop, i use a bedliner that is tintable to a degree. Its called "raptor" and is made by Upol. Check with a shop and see if they happen to have a little left over (it comes in a kit that makes 64 oz sprayable product). Ive never tinted one but assume i would use my toners on my mixing bank up to a certain percentage.

Your next problem is gonna be finding a gun that will spray it smoothly. The shutz guns we use on a bedliner leave it lumpy.

Maybe an industrial coatings supplier could offer you a suggestion.
