Cool, fairly inexpensive way to "mark" your lower for 6.5 Grendel

For those of you who have 5.56 or other caliber-specific marked lowers, I thought this was a cool, inexpensive way to tag your lower for 6.5 Grendel use:

There's a guy on ar15.com building a Grendel and he has one on his lower; I am going to pick up one so I can tag a spare 6.8-marked lower I have sitting around.

Thats cool. But my Grendel is the only one that looks like my grendel. I have a buddy that does laser marking also!

Why bother? Do they all look exactly alike?
