Vulcan AR 18 or AR 180

Ive got a buddy of mine that has this rifle for $500.00, Ive heard that theyre not as good as the AR 15 is but considering the supply and demand today im considering the purchase. Its a piston driven 20" 1-7 twist chromed barrel. What is yalls opinion?

When I got there it was actually the Vulcan V 15 based on the AR 180. I think im going to pass on it
