I don't have any clue how to correct this, so lets hope our great forum moderators, and I mean that in complete honesty, can plug that gap and make these cheesy spammers go away. If I knew who they were, I would take my Grendel and plug the gap myself.

We have run a pretty open forum, allowing members to join and post, but that is probably coming to an end. Hanka has employed the robot traps, but these seem to be real humans at keyboards.
So, the best thing to do is not post on any of the threads, and allow us to delete them as we find them.

A word to the wise. Don't open any of the threads that are spam, as they have little images on them in the user info bar on the left. Those are often encoded traps that download spyware onto your system so you can be profiled. There is an excellent thread on this on another forum started by a computer forensics specialist for .gov, and it was demonstarted how one of the members could get a ton of data on another, then sent him:
His address
His home loan info
His bank account info
His parents' home loan info
His DMV records
His salary
Employer
SSN....
That was using an image embed spyware bot.Comment
