Think I got a couple from Brownells and/or Precision Firearms... been a couple of years though.
As to grinding I would only do a bit of polishing/very fine filing-gentle like.... that grinding word has lots of material removal baked into it -- be careful, you can't put it back."Down the floor, out the door, Go Brandon Go!!!!!"
