If your shooting for small groups on paper targets with quality ammo or trying to make head shots on squirrels the Beyer barrel is worth the extra money. If your going to be practicing CQB drills and shooting mostly steel plates with mag dumps using bulk ammo I’d just as soon have the Nitride CMMG. The Beyer barrel is a stainless steel liner in an aluminum housing and are reported to be very good accurate barrels. I think it really depends on how your normally going to use your 22 LR AR-15.
The AR-15’s in 22 rimfire can be very addictive in a similar fashion to the 6.5 Grendel, they tend to multiply.
