How did you like it and did you find any issues with them?

used one for 6 weeks. works OK. No reliability issues but VERY hard to get used to. Easy to install (&remove) luckily

      Like that on the AUG?

I had one. Disliked the safety, so I rarely used it.

A push button safety might work for a range only rifle I would think, but wouldn't be as safe and reliable as the current config. I personally wouldn't trust it, but I have never used one personally on my rifles.

A push button on an AR lower without some sort of raised protrusions like the magazine release button is going to have a problem with inadvertent activation.

I figured it would be convenient like the safety on a Remington shotgun but this consideration to me seems pretty significant.
