PF bolts are made by Maxim, or at least they were previously. I got my bolt from Maxim because I got a Lilja barrel and the Maxim bolt is what they use to set the headspace. All of my loads are either 32gr of CFE behind a 123gr AMAX/SST or 34gr of CFE behind a 100gr AMAX or 95gr VMAX. About 500 rounds of those and 200 rounds of Hornady factory and it looks like new.

I have a JP 22" Supermatch barrel and a High Performance JP bolt on the AR I built that shoots 3/8 MOA. I would definitely wait the 6 weeks for the AA hard use. Rule of thumb is to buy the same manufactures matching bolt.Life is fun when your ammo budget is more than your house payment.Comment

I'm using Maxim bolts on my Lilja 319 and 11.5" barrels, and a 16" Anderson barrel, all work great...
